A lovely little card. Wanted a Personalised card for my son and daughter in law for their wedding anniversay. I asked the seller if she could post asap, which she did. However, when the card arrived, i noticed the envelope was damaged and the card had a dent in it. Even though the card was in cellophane and the envelope had 'Do Not Bend' on it. messaged the seller with pictures and she refunded immediately.
Hope she is able to claim compensation from Royal Mail!
Not the sellers fault, the fault lies entirely with Royal Mail
