Delivery Information
Every Whimsi Lilley card is carefully prepared and packaged with care to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All cards are printed and packaged to order.
Please allow 1–3 working days for us to prepare your card before dispatch.
During busy seasons (like Christmas and Valentine’s), processing times may be at the longer end — but we’ll always work as quickly as possible.
Packaging
Your card will be:
• Placed inside a protective cello sleeve
• Shipped in a hard-backed envelope to prevent bending during transit
We take great care to make sure your card arrives in perfect condition.
Postage
Orders are dispatched the next working day after your card is ready.
Cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard.
At the moment, all cards are posted to the purchaser, so you can write and send them on yourself
Delivery times after dispatch are typically:
UK: 1–2 working days
