How long does delivery take?
All cards are dispatched within 1–2 working days from Cornwall, UK.
Delivery times depend on Royal Mail’s service, but as a guide:
- UK 1st Class: 1–2 working days
You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Whimsi Lilley only ships within the UK, but we’re looking into expanding in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are not available for personalised products unless there is a fault with them. Please contact me on the contact pageto initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 14 days, and we’ll make it right.
