2. Ordering with us
When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order — not that we’ve accepted it yet. Once your order is processed and dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or unavailable).
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment is taken at the time of purchase using secure methods like Stripe or PayPal.
4. Personalised products
Personalised cards are printed exactly as provided by the customer. Please check spellings carefully before placing your order — as personalised items can’t usually be returned unless faulty.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to the UK only.

6. Returns & refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Personalised items: non-returnable unless damaged or printed incorrectly
- Non-personalised items: may be returned in original condition within 14 days, at the buyer’s cost
