Our Policy
Each Whimsi Lilley card is created and packaged with care from our studio in Cornwall. Because our greeting cards are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery so we can put things right.
If you need to request a return or refund
Please get in contact on the contact page with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the item.
We’ll review your request within 2 working days and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is approved.
Returning an item
If a return is agreed, we’ll provide you with the return address and any postage instructions. Please package items securely and obtain proof of posting. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
