What kind of cards do you sell?
All cards from Whimsi Lilley are printed, physical cards — not digital downloads. Each one features an illustration and text and is professionally printed on premium 300gsm matte card for a beautiful, high-quality finish.
Are the cards blank inside?
Yes, all cards are blank inside, giving you plenty of space to write your own personal message.
Can I personalise a card?
Many of our designs offer optional name personalisation on the front. Simply add the name or wording you’d like in the personalisation box when ordering.
If a card doesn’t show that option, it means it’s not available for that particular design.
How are the cards packaged?
Each card comes with a white envelope and is carefully packaged in a protective cello bag to keep it safe on its way to you. If your order is a small quantity, it will be shipped in a card-backed envelope; larger quantities are boxed in a letterbox-friendly box.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All cards are dispatched within 1–2 working days from Cornwall, UK.
Delivery times depend on Royal Mail’s service, but as a guide:
- UK 2nd Class: 2–4 working days
- UK 1st Class: 1–2 working days
You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, Whimsi Lilley only ships within the UK, but we’re looking into expanding in the future.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care with packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it right away — either a replacement or a refund.
